Miss Utility of Delmarva
Miss Utility, for “Miss the Utilities” is the name commonly used to refer to Utilities Service Protection Center of Delmarva, Inc (USPCD). Delaware code (Title 26, Chapter 8) establishes USPCD as the approved notification center for Delaware. USPCD is also certified by the Maryland Public Service Commission to be the “One-call system” for the portion of Maryland on the Delmarva Peninsula, commonly referred as the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
The Maryland Underground Facilities Damage Prevention Authority (The Authority) is a stakeholder-run organization that has the ability to enforce the Miss Utility Law in the form of mandatory training or fines for violators.
CGA is a member-driven association of 1,700 individuals, organizations and sponsors in every facet of the underground utility industry. Established in 2000, CGA is committed to saving lives and preventing damage to underground infrastructure by promoting effective damage prevention practices.
