ITIC Lite offers homeowners a simple and convenient way to file a locate request; the process is easy
and a great time saver!
First, you will register for ITIC Lite by selecting one of the below county
service areas. Once registered, we will email you the link to ITIC Lite. NOTE: If you do not receive
your ITIC Lite link via email, it is due to an error in the email address you submitted during
registration. You will need to re-register.
Next, you will complete the locate request. The form is homeowner friendly and easy
to follow. After you complete the form, it will be returned to the Miss Utility Call
Center for review and final processing.
Finally, we will email you a copy of your Miss Utility ticket and send your
digging notice to the member facility/utility owners.

make your selection, you will be linked to our registration screen.
