:: Call Center Paper Map Resources For Ticket Processing

Below is the list of paper map resources the call center is using to process tickets in Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C.

Please be mindful of the 'Published Year' date - the date of your map resource must be this date or higher using the grid system noted. Also be mindful of the paperback dimensions.

At this time, the call center is NOT processing tickets using the newer ADC, Kappa Map Group 6X8 (48 grids) mapping system.
The dimensions for this new map are, 8.5 X 11.

We will keep you posted on updates regarding new map publications and call center use.
